Steve Boles, Vice President of Commercial Properties for Wood Properties, Inc. is responsible for commercial property management, leasing and brokerage. Before joining Wood Properties, Inc., in 1981, he graduated from the University of Tennessee and was senior leasing officer for the State of Tennessee. In that capacity, he coordinated the location selection and lease negotiations for State offices statewide. Mr. Boles is active in both Oak Ridge and the Knoxville Chambers of Commerce and is a past president of the local Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is past chairman of the Commercial/Industrial Committee of the Knoxville Association of Realtors and is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has completed the class work necessary to test for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI).
