Agent/Broker Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2005

Pamela Treacy joined Wood Properties, Inc. as an affiliate broker/real estate agent in October of 2005. Wood Properties, Inc. has specialized in commercial real estate for over 30 years and is based in Knoxville, TN.

Since joining Wood Properties, Inc., Pamela has worked with both regional and national companies including Scripps Networks, Inc., Shane's Rib Shack, Sysco Systems, Amputee Coalition of American, Snappy Tomato Pizza, Wild Wings Cafe and Southern Graces.

After 20 years in sales and management, primarily from the cable television industry, she decided to pursue commercial real estate sales. Her last position before entering real estate was as Senior Vice President of National Accounts in the Affiliate Sales Department at Scripps Networks. Pam brings a determined spirit and result driven personality to the field of commercial real estate sales as well as a professional corporate background.

In 1994, Pamela joined Scripps Networks as part of HGTV's initial start up team. She contributed to the sales distribution of HGTV from inception as an industry newcomer to one of the most highly distributed networks in the country. As part of the affiliate sales leadership team since 1994, Pamela oversaw the distribution efforts in the Southeastern United States. Next, she established the company's business with satellite distributors such as DirecTV and Dish Network. Pamela served on the HGTV task force to create an international distribution strategy; and established the Local Ad Sales department that won the CAB Network Achievement Award.

She previously held the position as Vice President Eastern Division for Affiliate Sales with responsibility for the Northeast and Southeast sales teams along with oversight of major clients.

Prior to Scripps, Pamela worked for ESPN for eight years in their Chicago based office. Her last position was Sales Director of the Midwest Region.

Pamela grew up in the Chicago suburbs and graduated from Winona State University (Minnesota) where she received a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Public Administration.

Pamela resides in Farragut with her husband Gene and their two children, Luke and Kate. She has served as Chair of First Farragut United Methodist Church's Administrative Board; Legislative Chair for Knox County PTA, Farragut Middle School and Farragut Intermediate School PTA Boards. She is a founding moderator of the School Matters forum site and founder of Farragut West Knoxville Network forum site.
