Jerry Daves is President of Wood Properties, Inc. He received his MBA from East Tennessee State University. He was named Realtor of the Year in 1993 by the Tennessee Association of Realtors and was its 1998 President. He was named 1988 Realtor of the Year by the Knoxville Association of Realtors, was its president in 1991 and received its "Award of Excellence" in 1994. Mr. Daves served on the Development Corporation of Knox County Real Estate Advisory Board. He served on the Department of Housing and Urban Development Field Advisory Council. Mr. Daves is a past president of the Knoxville Chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), East Tennessee Chapter of Certified Property Managers (CPM), Apartment Council of Tennessee, the East Tennessee Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), and the Knoxville Apartment Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville.
